The only other followers of the Road of Bones would be the odd Malkavian or Tzimisce.

Every other Road Follower: Chivalry, Humanity, Bones, Sin, etc., was entombed and sealed at Kaymakli. One of the things he used to cull them was to only save the ones that were following Via Caeli, the Road of Heaven. The only Cappadocian not in attendance is strongly implied to be Lazarus.
